Invitation to Bid: Town Hall Renovation
The Town of Damascus, VA is accepting bids from qualified firms for the repair and renovation of the Damascus Town Hall. Qualified contractors must perform interior restorations to the Damascus Town Hall, Fire Station, and Laurel Creek Bathrooms related to the damage incurred by Hurricane Helene. This includes flooring, wall, and door replacement and repair; wall painting and sealing; reset of bathroom fixtures, installation of kitchen equipment, and minor electrical work. Options include the modification of Town Hall to accommodate American Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility, the addition of a single office, reconfiguration of the mechanical room, renovation of the breakroom, Fire Hall sheetrock installation, addition of two office windows, and floodproofing of exterior entrances to Town Hall.
Proposals must be received no later than 5pm on 12/20/24 for consideration.
